Collective Worship (CW) Crusaders
Prospective candidates write letters to Mrs Micklefield applying for the post of Collective Worship Crusader in their class. Two children are chosen from each class. Their duties include:
- meeting regularly with Mrs Rowland
- discussing the CW rota
- leading CWs in their classrooms twice a week
- leading the lunchtime and end of the day prayer
- ensuring the correct liturgical cloth is on the prayer table
- ensuring their creative prayer baskets are full of resources
- evaluating Collective Worships
- leading all whole school Collective Worships with the opening and ending prayers
