On Friday 21st June, Hawthorn class went on a school trip to the wonderful Winchester Cathedral for our Leavers’ Service. As well as the actual service, we were lucky enough to do two activities: Virtual Reality by Kew Gardens, and we got to look around the spectacular place of worship. For the Virtual Reality, we had three different challenges to complete, which were all to do with our heroes: bees! Hawthorn learnt all there is to know about bees and how they help us to survive.
Isobel: “It was fabulous. It was a really interesting experience that I loved!”
Nancy: “I liked it because it taught me amazing things!”
Scarlett: “I really enjoyed it because we got to learn how to look after bees, and it was a spectacular school trip.”
